Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. If canceled successfully, a full refund will be provided. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for most items in new condition with original tags, within 30 days of receipt. If unsatisfied with a product, kindly reach out to us at contact@cosylabel.com. Our customer service team will guide you through a seamless return process. Once you receive return instructions, package the item(s) and send them via local standard shipping from your local post office or preferred courier. Typically, returns and exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving the package. The refund is credited to your original payment method.

When returning items, please provide:

• Carrier name.
• Tracking number.
• Details of the product being returned.

Return Conditions

• Items should be returned within 30 days of delivery in new condition, with hang tags intact.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and free from any foreign odors such as perfume.
• Clearance items, free gifts, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
• Swimwear returns are accepted only if the hygiene seal is untouched.
• We reserve the right to reject any items sent back without proper return requests.
• Ensure your returns are accurate. We are not liable for the return of non-MissComfii products.
• Each eligible item is limited to one return request.
